The hotel is country style on large, green grounds with lots of beautiful plants. The staff was friendly and very apologetic.
Dirty toilet, stuffy room with an unpleasant smell, lots of spider webs hanging from the ceiling. The bed was centuries-old and had an awful smell. On top of all that, there was no hot water. I couldn't sleep all night and checked out first thing in the morning.

We loved the pool, the food, the serenity, and the animals. The grounds are wonderful for a short walk and the staff will accommodate you in any possible way.
I can not think of anything that we didn't like.

Me agrado la ubicación de la Hacienda. No tuve que recorrer muchos kilometros para encontrar un lugar que me permita conectar con la naturaleza. Además, resalto la atención. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación asignada fue muy comoda. La chimenea y la tina en la habitación definitivamente fue un plus, ya que pude relajarme.
No disfrute mucho de la piscina ya que el agua era temperada y no caliente. Además recomendaría colocar secadores de cabello en las habitaciones. En lo demás todo estuvo muy bien.
